A Team of Long Beach Attorneys, Led by 30+ Years of Real Estate Experience

Potier Law Group brings together experienced attorneys with a practical understanding of the legal, financial, and real-world issues behind every matter we handle.

The firm is led by founder and senior partner Amanda Potier, who has practiced real property law since 1996. Her experience extends well beyond the courtroom. Before becoming an attorney, Amanda owned a real estate company and later headed the sales department at First American Title Insurance Company. That combination of legal, real estate, escrow, and title experience gives the firm a perspective that is especially valuable when disputes involve property ownership, transactions, contracts, disclosures, or title issues.

Today, Potier Law Group represents individuals, families, property owners, and businesses throughout Long Beach, Los Angeles County, and Orange County in real estate litigation, landlord-tenant matters, probate, and business law.

No matter what brings you to the firm, your case receives direct attorney involvement. You work with the attorney handling your matter—not a revolving team of assistants—so you know who is responsible for your case and who to turn to when questions arise.

Welcoming, real people.

A bilingual Spanish/English attorney on staff — a rare asset in this region.

Spanish-speaking clients can work through their plan directly with an attorney, not just a translated page. (Front-desk reception is not currently Spanish-speaking — let us know when you call, and we'll connect you with an attorney who speaks Spanish.)

Settlement-focused, not litigation-first.

Why Long Beach Clients Choose Potier Law Group

Legal problems are easier to address when you understand where you stand. Potier Law Group is a team of attorneys — small enough that you'll always know exactly who's handling your matter, and large enough to bring the right attorney to each practice area we handle. We give clients direct access to attorneys who explain their options clearly, respond promptly, and stay involved throughout the matter. Our background extends beyond legal practice — more than 30 years of real estate experience on our team gives us practical insight into the transactions, documents, and disputes our clients bring to us. We look for a reasonable resolution first, while remaining prepared to take a matter further when circumstances require it.

Direct attorney access

You work with your attorney throughout your matter, not a rotating cast of assistants.

Same-day response.

Calls, emails, and contact form submissions are all answered the same day.

One team, from drafting through trial.

The same attorney who prepares your documents can litigate a dispute over them later, if it comes to that.

No outsourcing.

We never send your matter to outside counsel.

A family-run structure.

We keep costs down by avoiding the layered billing — multiple staff drafting, then attorney review — that larger firms use.
