Karin L. Van Zee serves as Of Counsel at The Potier Law Group, bringing more than 25 years of legal experience to her practice. Licensed in California since 1998 and also admitted to practice in Colorado, she represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including commercial and residential real estate disputes, general civil litigation, and appeals.

With extensive litigation and appellate experience, Karin takes a strategic, results-oriented approach to protecting her clients' interests. She successfully argued the published appellate decision in A.F. Brown Electrical Contractor, Inc. v. Rhino Electric Supply, Inc. (2006), demonstrating her experience handling complex legal issues. She is committed to achieving favorable outcomes while pursuing practical, cost-effective resolutions tailored to each client's goals.

Beyond her legal practice, Karin has served on various law-related boards and organizations and remains actively involved in volunteer work. Outside the office, she enjoys playing pickleball, reading, swimming, and spending time with her husband and three dogs.
