Real Estate Litigation Attorneys in Long Beach — Backed by 30+ Years of Real Estate Experience

A real estate dispute rarely announces itself clearly — it usually starts as a delayed closing, an undisclosed defect, or a disagreement with a broker that won't resolve on its own.

Potier Law Group is a real estate litigation law firm based in Long Beach, California, representing buyers, sellers, brokers, agents, and property owners in Long Beach and the surrounding Los Angeles and Orange County area. The firm handles disclosure disputes, property and title disputes, real estate transaction disputes, broker and agent disputes, and escrow disputes, and is led by an attorney with more than 30 years of real estate industry experience, including prior ownership of a real estate brokerage and prior work as a title company representative.

You'll hear back from an attorney — not an assistant — the same day.

Meet Your Attorney

Experienced Attorneys. Real-World Perspective.

Potier Law Group is a team of attorneys representing individuals, families, property owners, and businesses throughout Long Beach, Los Angeles County, and Orange County. The firm handles real estate litigation, landlord-tenant matters, probate and estate planning, business law, bankruptcy, and other legal matters.

Amanda Potier has practiced real property law since 1996, bringing decades of legal experience to the firm. Her understanding of real estate also comes from firsthand industry experience. Before practicing law, Amanda owned her own real estate brokerage and worked as a title company representative.

That background gives Potier Law Group practical insight into the transactions and documents that often become central to real estate disputes. When the firm evaluates disclosure issues, title problems, escrow matters, broker conduct, ownership disputes, or other real estate conflicts, its attorneys look beyond the legal arguments to understand how the underlying transaction actually unfolded. Amanda also serves on the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning Commission of Long Beach.

Clients of Potier Law Group benefit from the experience of a legal team while still receiving direct involvement from the attorney handling their matter.

  • Who do I call for a real estate dispute in Long Beach?

Potier Law Group represents buyers, sellers, property owners, brokers, and agents in real estate disputes throughout Long Beach and surrounding areas of Los Angeles and Orange counties. Contact our firm to discuss your situation with an attorney. We respond the same day.

  • What does a real estate litigation attorney do?

A real estate litigation attorney helps resolve disputes involving property, real estate transactions, and related agreements. These matters can include disclosure failures, title and boundary disputes, broken purchase agreements, broker and agent disputes, and escrow issues. When a reasonable resolution cannot be reached outside of court, an attorney can pursue the matter through litigation.

  • Do I need an attorney for a real estate contract dispute in California?

Whether you need an attorney depends on the dispute, what is at stake, and how the other party responds. Some real estate contract disputes can be resolved through negotiation, while others require litigation. Speaking with an attorney can help you understand your rights, available options, and whether legal action makes sense for your situation.

  • Will my real estate dispute go to trial?

Not necessarily. Many real estate disputes can be resolved without a trial. We look for a reasonable resolution first and recommend taking a case to trial when the circumstances support that course of action.

  • How quickly can I speak with a real estate attorney at Potier Law Group?

Potier Law Group prioritizes responsive communication. Calls, emails, and contact form inquiries are typically answered the same business day, giving you an opportunity to connect with an attorney promptly and discuss your real estate matter and potential next steps.
